Who we are
The controller of your personal data is Fondle Ltd., company ID 206174020, registered at 4 Prof. Petar Shapkarev str., Sofia, Bulgaria. For anything about your personal data, write to us at office@linktech.bg.
What the website collects
Nothing. The website has no visitor analytics, no forms and loads nothing from other sites. The fonts are served from our own server.
Like any web server, our hosting provider keeps a technical log of the IP address, time and address of every request. These records serve only the server’s security and operation and are deleted automatically after a short time.
Cookies
The website uses one cookie, lang, which remembers the language you chose for a year. It is needed for that choice to work, so it requires no consent, and it does not track you.
When you write to us
If you email us, we receive your address and what you send. We use them only to reply and to discuss your project (basis: steps before entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry). We keep the correspondence as long as needed for that, or as long as the law requires if we sign a contract.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for access to your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing or to object to it. Write to us at office@linktech.bg. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).
